Wholesome Oat Cakes

Makes a dozen.
½ Cup Brown Sugar
½ Cup Self Raising Flour
¼ Cup of Muslei
1 Cup of Rolled Oats
4 Tablespoons Milk
1 Egg
Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl (the sugar, flour, muslei and oats). Stir in the egg and milk until a thick, sticky consistancy is reached. Grease a baking tray and place small balls of the mixture on it, flattening with a fork. Place in an oven on 180 degrees celsius or until golden brown. Remove from heat and allow to cool and solidify before removing from the tray.
