Vegetarian Bolognese With Creamy Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:½ Pack Pasta
½ Cup Grated Tasty Cheese
2 Tablespoons Plain Flour
¼ Cup Milk
1 Onion
2 Tomatoes
½ Red Capsicum
Green Olives
Shallots
Method:
Boil the pasta until soft and drain. Set aside.
Thinly slice the onion and brown off in a frying pan. Slice the capsicum and add. Dice the tomato and fry gently, adding 4 talespoons of water. Stir until most of the water has evaporated and remove from heat. Slather over the pasta.
Garnish with fresh shallots and stuffed green olives.
