This is a really quick and easy lunch or dinner for people on the run. Can be refridgerated and easy to transport.

Ingredients:
1 Tin Flavoured Tuna (Tomato and Basil in Oil)
250 Grams Spiral Pasta
1 Tin 3 Bean Mix
3 Tablespoons Pesto
½ Fresh Avocado

Method:
Bring a pot of water to the boil and add the pasta. When cooked drain and transfer to a large bowl. Drain the beans and then add to the bowl. Also drain off the excess oil from the tuna and add it to the bowl along with the pesto. Stir so all the ingredients are combined. Divide into individual servings and garnish with fresh avocado.
