Rosemary & Butter Marinated Steak

May 10th 2007 10:42
Ingredients:
1 Medium Sized Piece of Steak
3 Cloves Garlic
50 Grams of Butter
1 Sprig Rosemary
5 Button Mushrooms
Soy Sauce
Salt
Cracked Pepper

Method:
Soften the butter. Crush the garlic and then add, stirring. Add a dash of soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Beak up a sprig of rosemary with your hands and add, stirring the mixture to combine all ingredients. Spread the mixture liberally onto both sides of the steak and allow to sit for 1-2 hours. Fry the steak in a pan for the desired amount of time and set aside when done. Thinly slice the mushrooms and sauté in the remaining marinate. Pour the mushrooms and left over sauce over the steak. Serve hot.
