There is something special about the sweet yet subtle, smooth flavour of real maple syrup.
Facts:
Maple Syrup is made from the sap of the maple tree. The sap is tapped from the tree and then boiled down in a ‘sugar shack’ to make the syrup. It has traditionally been produced in Canada and the maple leaf features as an emblem on the country’s flag.
