Ingredients:
5 Meringue Nests
250 Ml Fresh Cream
1 Tin of Passion fruit Pulp
1 Kiwifruit
Method:
Pour the cream into a bowl and use an electric mixer to beat until soft
peaks form. Place a generous scooping of cream into each meringue nest and
drizzle with the passion fruit pulp. Slice a kiwi fruit and garnish.
