Kick Arse Gourmet Burger

Ingredients:
100 Grams Fetta Cheese
2 Slices Tasty Cheese
1 Tomato
2 Mince Beef Patties
1 Onion
1 Carrot
2 Eggs
2 Burger Buns
Lettuce
Rocket
Makes two burgers. Slice up the onion and fry gently in a pan. Add the beef patties and squash them to about 1.5cm thick with a fork. Fry for a few minutes until browned and flip. Add the eggs to the side of the pan and fry.
Slice the buns in half and gently toast the exterior under the grill. Flip and place a slice of tasty cheese on each top and grill. Remove from heat and set aside on a plate. Wash the vegetables then slice the tomato and grate the carrot. Distribute the carrot, lettuce, tomato and rocket on the bun. Remove the eggs, patties and onion and also place on the bun. Sprinkle with fetta cheese and place the bun top over everything. The result is one super delicious, mega sized burger. Garnish with tomato sauce if you so choose.
Hot Tip: For even more flavour, buy pre seasoned burger patties or make your own by mixing grated carrot, parsley, rosemary and pepper with the raw mince.
