Hello all.
As you may have noticed I’ve been mysteriously absent for about a week. Sorry! I haven’t had a computer for some time now and ordered a brand new laptop from Dell, how exciting!
However, after waiting and waiting I start to wonder where it could be…
My father found this article on the APC (Australian Personal Computer) Magazine website:

I almost feel that this article is a dig at me personally. Not only is the exact model I chose expected to have delays of up to 6 weeks, but it is especially bad for the red ones, the colour I chose!
So I shall simply have to stay back at work when I can and try my best to keep up to date.
This is not just an apology, it is also a warning: To avoid disappointment don’t buy things off the internet, even if it’s from a reputable dealer. I have had many mishaps, but never seem to learn my lesson. At least if you buy a product from a store you get it straight away, and if something goes wrong you can march it straight back there.
Hope you have more luck than I have had, awaiting my red Inspiron.
