Indian Potato Korma

Ingredients:
50 Grams Butter
2 Onions
2 Potatoes
3 Zucchinis
1 Cup of Pumpkin
1 Cup of Cauliflower
1 ½ Cups of Water
6 Tablespoons of Unflavoured Yoghurt
150 mL of Pure Cream
240 Grams of Lentils (Precooked & Drained)
1 Tablespoon of Grated Ginger
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon of Cumin
1 Teaspoon Turmeric
1 Teaspoon of Garam Masala
4 Cardamon Pods
1 Dried Chilli
Method:
Melt the butter in a pot and stir in the onion, sliced. Finely chop the garlic and add it with the grated ginger. Also measure and add the cumin, turmeric, chilli, cinnamon and cardamom. Stir and allow to simmer until the onions soften. Add the water, pumpkin, cauliflower, potato and zucchini. Put the lid on and allow the vegetables to steam and boil for 20 minutes or until the pumpkin softens.
Add the lentils and garam masala and mix the liquid thoroughly. Stir in the cream and yoghurt. Serve with a side of rice.
