Cheese enthusiasts will be going crazy as Australian cheese producers showcase their best wares at the Four Seasons Hotel in the Rocks. The event even includes a couple of master classes on cheese and wine, and cheese and beer matching for the true connoisseur. At $35 this is not for the feint hearted and includes unlimited cheese tastings. The organizer’s slogan couldn’t be more appropriate;
“Cheesemaking - A celebration of passion, art and science.”

A FREE showcase of fine wine and music. The wine is a collection from boutique wineries throughout New South Wales and Victoria and there will also be a range of gourmet tea, coffee and chocolate available for sale. The event features a performance by Deni Hines alongside a host of other exciting musicians. Enjoy the last few rays of Autumn sunshine down in the park by South Cronulla beach, with a glass of wine before the winter months set in.
