Classic Bangers and Mash

June 15th 2007 06:24
Ingredients:
4 Sausages
1 Onion
5 Medium Sized Potatoes
4 Tablespoons Pure Cream
2 Tablespoons Butter
4 Tablespoons Milk

Method:
Slice up the onion and place with the sausages in a fryinng pan on a medium heat. Fry until browned, turning regularly so it cooks evenly. Wash and roughly chop the potatoes into small pieces. Bring a pot of water to the boil and add the potatoes. When the potatoes are soft remove from heat and drain. Place in a large bowl and add the butter, milk and cream, mashing thoroughly with a fork until deliciously creamy. Serves two, divide the sausages up with the mash and enjoy!
