Chocolate Hedgehog Recipe

Ingredients:
400 grams Dark Chocolate
300 grams Thickened Cream
250 grams Plain Biscuits
Icing Sugar



Method:
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of boiling water. Pour in the cream and combine thoroughly while still over the heat. Remove from heat and stir in the biscuits, roughly crushed.


Pour the mixture into a shallow dish before it has been allowed to cool. Place the dish in the refrigerator to set for at least three hours. Remove and cut into squares of the desired size. Lightly dust with icing sugar.
These taste like pure indulgence. Enjoy!
