Chocolate Fudge Sauce:

Ingredients:
100g dark chocolate melts
5 marshmallows, halved
150 Ml of full cream milk
Method:
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (a metal bowl over a boiling saucepan of water), ensuring that the water does not touch the bottom of the bowl otherwise the chocolate will burn. When the chocolate is melted, stir in the marshmallows until melted. Next, gradually add the milk, stirring until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Cool slightly and spoon onto ice cream. Easy peasy!
