Ingredients:
1 Cup of Raw Sugar
½ a Cup of Rolled Oats
¼ of a Cup of Coconut
100 Grams of Butter
1 Apple
2 Eggs
100 Grams of Almonds
1 Cup of Wholemeal Self Raising Flour

Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Cream the butter and sugar together and then beat in the eggs. Fold in the oats and flour. Peel and grate the apple and roughly chop the almonds. Stir these in too until the mixture reaches an even consistency. Roll small amount into balls and press them onto a greased baking tray so that they are about the size of a twenty cent piece.
