A Cool Date (Smoothie)

Ingredients:
1 Frozen Banana
3 Cubes of Frozen Coconut Cream
¼ Cup of Water
4 Dates
Method:
The day before fill an ice tray with coconut cream and place with a banana in the freezer. When you are ready to make your refreshing smoothie remove 3 coconut cream ice cubes and place in the blender. Roughly chop the dates, peel the banana and add to the blender along with the water. Blend until thick and smooth and serve chilled.
